These suits have all the same sponsors branding logos on them that the race suit would have. For a fraction of the price of the race suit you can have a suit that, for all intents and purposes, looks identical to the race-worn ones.
It has been hand signed in silver marker pen by Carlos Sainz. Please note these suits are not exact driver size.

Carlos Sainz is a Spanish racing driver and is the son of Carlos Sainz a double World Rally Champion. In 2012 Carlos raced in the British and European Formula 3 championships for Carlin. Then racing for DAMS in the 2014 Formula Renault 3.5 season to win the championship before moving to F1 with Torro Rosso. Sainz then moved to McLaren for the 2019 season.
