Used over the Monaco 2022 weekend by seven times World Drivers Champion with distinctive black visor strip and Petronas sponsor.
Used on Lewis’ one-off helmet, which was designed by contemporary artist Daniel Arsham.
Arsham’s art combines sculpture with architecture, making what he calls eroded casts of everyday objects, using sand, quartz crystals, volcanic ash and selenite.
The visor is used and shows signs of wear. Due to changeable weather over the weekend Lewis used a variety of visors and eventually reverted to his normal helmet when the race was restarted under wet conditions.
